Family Time - Sharing Healthy Habits

The look of pure joy on my granddaughter’s face as we enjoy our family and friends walk each Friday!🌞


She has so much energy, she practically runs the whole hour or so that we walk.


A kid’s playground, at the half way mark, is an opportunity to burn off some more energy!


This is definitely a hit with the little ones on our walk.


Today's walk ended with a delicious, albeit messy, snack of homegrown passion fruit!


Nothing could be more important than leading, and guiding, your children to take care of their health.


If this is your outlook, and a priority in your life, then it will flow down to them.


This is a beautiful gift that you can share with them, that will reap rewards as they grow into their adult years.


Set the foundations early – choose healthy eating options, include lots of movement, play, having fun in the sun and nature adventures in your everyday life.


Yep, I think this Mum, and Nana, hit that one on the head today! Feeling very blessed.🙏
